Before requesting deletion

Export any records you want to keep through More → Export records. Photos or drafts that have not uploaded exist only on your device.

Data covered by this request

Your sign-in account, farm profile, crops, harvests, sales, buyers, expenses, input usage, photos, FarmCare, shared profiles and participation records associated with your account.

Our team will verify account ownership and explain any data that must be retained for legal or security reasons, including its retention period where applicable. Active data and backup copies may not be removed at the same time. We will confirm the scope and status by email.

Unable to sign in or already uninstalled the app?

Email gcplantation19@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject “GCP Connect account deletion”. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
